Suzanne Seng
Suzanne Seng is a seasoned human resources strategist with more than three decades of experience helping organizations navigate compliance, strengthen culture, and reduce risk. Her career spans over 40 years with St. Mary’s Medical Center—serving in roles across administration, psychiatric services, and ultimately human resources—followed by leadership positions within St. Vincent Evansville and Ascension Corporate.
In 2021, she founded HR CIRT, LLC dba HR Legal, where she specializes in compliance, investigations, risk analysis, and training for clients ranging from state libraries and foundations to not-for-profits, for-profits, union, and non-union organizations across Indiana and Florida.
Suzanne holds a BS in management from USI with an emphasis in human resources and English, a MS in employment law from Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University, and senior-level HR certifications from both HRCI and SHRM.
Deeply invested in her community, she has served in leadership roles with EHRA, United Caring Services, Holy Rosary Church, Susan G. Komen Evansville, Habitat for Humanity, and several professional and civic organizations including ANEW, Evansville Rotary, E-Rep, and BNI.
A California native who grew up on an Indiana farm, Suzanne now enjoys a full life in Evansville with her husband, Jeff, their blended family of five children, ten grandchildren, and Simba—the golden doodle who runs the household.
